Return and Warranty Policy – Beltton Pods

At Beltton, our goal is for all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Below, you'll find all the information you need about returning an office pod, managing warranty claims, and what applies in case of damages or issues.


30-Day Return Policy for Business Customers

We offer all business customers who purchase a maximum of one office pod the opportunity to return it for free within 30 days if you’re not satisfied.

📦 What Are the Costs?
The only costs you’ll need to cover are:

  • Shipping costs to and from our location.
  • Potential costs for assembly/disassembly.

🛠️ Return Conditions:

  • The office pod must be in perfect and like-new condition.
  • If there are damages caused by the customer, a deduction may be made from the refund.

Damages and Issues

📦 Inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • If you received the wrong product

Exceptions – Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom orders or personalized products

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Warranty and Claims

We offer a 3-year warranty on all Beltton Pods.

🔍 The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damages caused by improper use

  3. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with next steps as soon as possible.
